Privacy Policy

We collect only what is necessary to provide our service: Shopify orders/items, product costs, and ad performance data (e.g., spend, clicks, conversions). We do not sell your data. You own your warehouse.

Data we process

• Shopify: orders, line items, product variants, costs
• Ads: campaign/day spend, clicks, conversions (no PII)

How we use data

To refresh Power BI dashboards and provide business metrics such as Net Sales, Margin %, ROAS, and product performance.

Security

Access tokens are stored securely. Databases are password-protected. We follow least-privilege access.

Retention & deletion

We retain data while you are a customer. On request or termination, we can delete processed data within 30 days.
